I1malaysia Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users who register for or use i1malaysia's services. Please read it carefully before creating an account or using any part of the platform.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the i1malaysia platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as all related policies including our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on i1malaysia. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. i1malaysia reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login credentials confidential
- Report to our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Keeping your personal account information current and accurate at all times
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use it on your behalf
I1malaysia shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account information.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
I1malaysia users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems and security
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or betting outcomes
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Exploiting bugs or system errors for unfair gain — any winnings obtained through such means may be voided
- Creating an account using a false identity or another individual's information without authorisation
I1malaysia reserves the right to investigate and take action — including account suspension, voiding of winnings, or legal proceedings — if any of the above rules are violated.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the i1malaysia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks for the convenience of our Malaysian users.
Payment terms are as follows:
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time
- All successful deposits are credited to your account and are non-refundable except under specific circumstances as determined by management
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted
- I1malaysia reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification, particularly for transactions that exceed certain thresholds or show signs of unusual activity
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — please review the relevant bonus terms before claiming any offer
Any attempt to process payments through unauthorised methods or using another person's card or account will result in immediate account suspension.

I1malaysia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, missed opportunities, or service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control.
This platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. That said, we are committed to maintaining stable uptime and addressing any technical issues promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on the i1malaysia platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, source code, and related materials — is the exclusive property of i1malaysia or our licensors. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references or links to third-party services. i1malaysia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy – Suspension and Closure
I1malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms breach, fraud, system abuse, or activity that violates Malaysian law. Balances in suspended accounts will be frozen during the investigation and may be forfeited if a violation is confirmed.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

I1malaysia reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions that apply.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed as full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the i1malaysia platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
